Market and competitive intelligence
Sizing, installed base, competitive position, and the question of where the revenue actually sits rather than where a headline market size says it should.
Market share tells you what happened. An installed base map with an age profile tells you what is about to happen: which equipment is in the field, how old it is, who maintains it, and when it comes up for replacement or overhaul. In capital equipment that is a forward calendar of opportunities, and it is more knowable than it looks.
We build those maps, and we build the systems that keep them current afterwards rather than handing over a spreadsheet that is stale in a quarter.
A study that cannot be disproved is not intelligence. Every claim we publish carries a label showing how well it is supported, every load bearing figure traces to a named source with a date, and where a conclusion is overturned the correction goes into the record.
That discipline is visible in what we publish openly. The same standard applies to client work, where the cost of a confident number that turns out to be wrong is measured in committed capital.
Market sizing and segmentation. Installed base and fleet mapping with age and lifecycle profile. Competitive position, including who actually holds the relationships rather than who has the largest brand. Opportunity timing and pipeline construction. Regulatory and standards scoping where it shapes the addressable market.
